i like painting

stayed up late painting in my sketchbook last night. african wild dogs are noted for their instinctual practicing of socialized health care. after a successful hunt, food is brought back to the young, old, and ailing dogs. something to be learned here.

where's waldo, jimi hendrix, and mythology

this was an action packed weekend. i got a lot of sketching done and went to some cool events. i dressed up as jimi hendrix for a legends, myths, and folktales themed costume party and it was so much fun i might impersonate him more often. i also got the pleasure of playing wizard white beard in a real life game of where's waldo my friends organized. i wandered around washington square park casting spells on squirrels and stroller-bound infants while teams of two hunted myself and other where's waldo characters down. brilliant idea and it was a killer time. i also finished some studies for a new piece based on the lunar and solar cycles. the characters represent the sun and the moon and you'll see more of them soon.
